Erin Allgood is a licensed massage therapist originally from Starkville, MS, who has called Western North Carolina home since 2013. A graduate of massage school in 2009 with over 950 hours of training, she has been a dedicated practitioner for 16 years. Erin holds certifications in Prenatal Massage (2016), Craniosacral Therapy (2018), and Thai Massage (2024). Passionate about helping others heal and thrive, she brings care and expertise to every session. Outside the treatment room, Erin enjoys gardening, hiking, live music, and working with crystals.
